Learn how to wash your hair
Have you noticed that when you wash your hair in the salon, your hair comes out of it softer, silky and with a lot more movement?
Believe me, the answer is not just in the professional products, but mainly in the way the hairdresser washes his hair. Using warm or cool water on the hair, gently massage the shampoo all over the surface of the scalp and waiting for the conditioner to act on the locks are just a few essential tips for washing your hair the right way. Want to learn more to try copying them at home? Is easy!

1
Do not overdo the frequency
Washing too much hair removes the natural oil from the scalp, causing the rebound effect: the root becomes even more oily.
-
2
Adjust the water temperature
It should be warm or cold, never too hot: excessive heat contributes to the dryness of the wires.
-
3
Economize no shampoo
The equivalent of ¼ of the palm of your hand is sufficient for all hair. For wires not to be heavy, use only once.
-
4
Massage gently
With circular motions, apply the shampoo for approximately 20 seconds. Let it drain for length and tips.
-
5
Attention to the conditioner
Unlike shampoo, the conditioner should be applied only on length and tips. Let it act on the hair for 5 to 7 minutes.
-
6
Remember, less is more
The amount equivalent to a teaspoon is ok for short yarns. For medium and long ones, one tablespoon of dessert is enough.
-
7
Rinse hair well
Make sure that all residue has been disposed of. Also give one last rinse with cold water: the thermal shock gives more shine!
-
8
Activate root circulation
While still in the bath, use a comb to untangle the wicks carefully, always from the tips to the center of the length.
